Mercyland School of Ministry
The Holy Spirit led Bayo Yusuff in 1999 to start a school of ministry in Ile-Ife, Nigeria. This is where men and women of God are trained in the specialised area of power ministry. It was meant to teach individual and members of the local Christian churches so that they can do the same works that Jesus did.
In this school, people of God are taught how to cast out devils, heal the sick and deliver the oppressed. They are made to be aware of the fact that the power needed is not of their own strength, but in the name that is above all other names: JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH. Faith, which is the back bone of healing and deliverance ministry is also an integral part of the syllabus.
It is a nine-month Diploma course that attracts people from different Christian denominations in Nigeria. The school runs a curriculum that is very rich in practical application, whereby students are expected to personally handle specific numbers of deliverance cases before they are graduated. However, theoretical aspects in the following areas are also seriously dealt with during the course.
1. The person of Holy Spirit
2. Holiness and sanctification in deliverance ministry
3. Healing the sick techniques
4. Dealing with the Demoniac
5. Breaking Generational Curses and Negative Covenants
6. Exercising Authority and Dominion
7. Faith Dunamis
11. Other Electives
Above all, ministers that pass through the School (M.S.M.) are trained to truly become disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ and are made to focus on their ministerial callings and gifts.
